Belinda builds strong relationships with her clients and peers and draws on her experience to create effective business solutions.

Belinda advises principals, contractors, consultants, and project managers in the establishment and administration of building projects. She has a special interest in assisting her clients to understand, price, and manage the key risks for each project, to build project relationships, and to minimise disputes. Belinda’s work in establishing those relationships is uniquely informed by her significant construction litigation experience.

Belinda is an experienced commercial litigator in court proceedings, arbitration, expert determination, mediation and adjudication. She has acted in significant construction, commercial, Security of Payment, and home building disputes in NSW, QLD, ACT, NT, and WA. Belinda is committed to resolving disputes on a practical and commercial basis.

Belinda is heavily involved with various organisations championing women’s rights and equality in the workplace and the wider community, along with several fundraising charities.
